Parking

Parking is $20 CASH ONLY for a weekend pass.

Please be prepared to walk a fair distance and on uneven ground.

Handicap parking is available, see map for location.

There is no free parking for coaches.

Brackets and Schedules

Schedules will be released by the Monday before the tournament. Although we will do our best to meet your request or your desired bracket, the tournament staff will make necessary changes for the good of the tournament. We will be playing 7v7 for U10, 9v9 for U11 & U12, and 11v11 for U13-U18. U10 7v7 teams can have up to 3 guest players. All other age groups can have up to 6 guest players. Team check in is done online using the link above. Player cards are not required.

Refund Policy

A refund of all but $50 of your registration fees may be given if a team needs to withdraw no later than two weeks prior to the tournament start date. No refund will be given for team that withdrawals after that date. No refund will be given if SYSC asks a team to leave the tournament due to misconduct. If the club removes teams due to an age group cancellation a full refund will be issued. If the club does not accept a team that has paid a full refund will be given.

Medical Release Confirmation

I confirm that I have medical releases for all players that will be playing on our team during the event.

Stocker Field Agreement

I confirm that I agree to inform my team that Stocker Fields is private property and no dogs are allowed on the complex other than working service dogs. Parking is $20 for a weekend pass which can be purchased with cash only. Traffic to get into Stocker Fields can get backed up, families should plan their travel time accordingly. There is no drop of zone for players at the field. RV's will be able to move onto the complex by noon on Thursday through 10pm that night only. There is no river access

Traffic Alert Agreement

I confirm that I agree to alert my team that there is a lacrosse tournament at Harvey Field (Snohomish Airport) during Bigfoot Weekend. We encourage teams to find alternative routes that avoid that area of Hwy 9. There will be period closures of First Street during the Older Weekend of Bigfoot in downtown Snohomish for KlaHaYa Days events, use 2nd Street and come down Lincoln to the fields.
