Our Hawaiian POG Kolsch is a light and crisp Kolsch-style ale infused with the vibrant, tropical flavors of passion fruit, orange, and guava.

Kla Ha Ya West Coast IPA
Bright citrus, papaya, and mango notes shine through this beautiful West Coast IPA.
5.6% ABV | 42 IBU
Sail Away Scotch
Sail Away Scotch Ale pours a deep mahogany color and carries a full body. Beautiful aromas of caramel, raisin, and toasted marshmallow stand out in the nose of this beer.
8.1% ABV | 20 IBU
Offering rotating styles of Student-Made Beers.
Cardinal Craft is a brewing school at Skagit Valley College where regional industry professionals teach students brewing science in a 3 quarter certificate program.

Dry Cider
:6.9% ABV, crisp and completely dry.
Semi-Sweet Cider
6.8% ABV, simple apple flavor, refreshing.
Aronia Cider
6.8% ABV, Aronia berry is a type of “choke cherry”, it’s a superfood, high in antioxidants but astringent to eat plain. We use it in cider and it’s fabulous! Our Aronia cider is made with our own Aronia berries, it’s very fruit-forward, earthy and cherry with a rich red color.
Rhubarb Cider
6.9% ABV, made with our own rhubarb from the garden, subtle and tart.
